Pleasant stay.

Pros: Room, Breakfast, Fitness room all are good. Meet our expectation.

Cons: There was a musty smell on corridor on Floor 13A and in a room. We did asked to do the vacuum cleaner during our stay. The staffs were pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Hot water doesnt run well in the mornings, not great. Seems to be better during the day. But for a good hotel like this, it’s not ideal

Overall my stay was made pleasant with the friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Pros: The room is spacious, clean and the hotel staff were very hospitable.

Cons: The air conditioner vent in our room is layered with dust. It would be good to do a clean up.

Very nice luxury hotel

Pros: The Sofitel Damansara lived up to our expectations & is a well run 5* hotel with large comfortable rooms. We loved the pool, loungers & enjoyed a lovely lazy day in the cabana. The gym was quite well equipped, clean & well kept. The only thing we didn’t like after staying in KLCC for a while was the location - For us we felt a bit isolated out there & there wasn’t much around the area other than the Pavilion shopping centre. However if it’s your main KL stay, you can easily Grab or get the MRT nearby to tour the city.

Excellent business hotel

Pros: Modern clean design. Staff very friendly. Arrived 3pm and room was not ready, after expressing my disappointment I was upgraded to a bigger corner room. Good amenities, beds are as comfortable as it gets.

Cons: The mall attached is not really worth going for except some good restaurants.

Pros: Very comfortable room with all basic necessities and a few little luxuries. Location is a walkable distance to Pavilion Damansara. Breakfast spread is nice.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, cooperative and helpful staff

Cons: We stayed for about a week and Although in the breakfast buffet it was a big spread there should be some variation from day to day. The toilet bidet is not very convenient

Pros: Great location. Traffic in this area is not as heavy and it is conveniently located near a mall with access to shops and food. Very comfortable and clean room.

Cons: Wifi was unexpectedly weak and slow.
