Pros: Great size. Great view. I was given linked room but it didn’t bothered me.

Cons: Perhaps the room snacks are rather limited. There ain’t welcome snacks. I understand the complimentary coffee. But some chocolates are sweet touch too.

A lovely 4-5 star hotel taht will make your stay in KL

Pros: The size of room and the location next to Kuala Lumpur's main travel hub. Accessible for the train, LRT, MRT monorail and KLIA express. Excellent and all within walking distance

This is about 9th time I stayed at the hotel and 2nd time for my wife, both enjoyed the stay,

Pros: Excellent breakfast with so many choices of good quality food. Club Lounge facilities were very useful. I have been to this hotel for several times with my work prior to Covid pandemic. I chose the same hotel this time for holiday, not at all disappointed.

A fantastic stay and would definitely be back.

Pros: Location is great as it is just a walking distance from KL Sentral and I love how it is connected with signs that were visible and easy to follow. The room was comfortable. Amenities were sufficient and of good quality. The breakfast spread was fantastic.

Cons: The air con in the room was set at the lowest temp of 19 deg celcius and the highest fan level. However, overnight, it felt warmer than it should have been. It was also surprising that when we opened the door to leave the room, the corridor was colder than our room. So maybe the air con was not performing at its optimum level.
