Enjoyed the stay 😄

Pros: 1. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided good service. The breakfast spread was reasonably good, tasty, and fresh, though the variety could have been better. 2. The daily complimentary food items, such as ginger cookies, chocolates, and nuts, were a thoughtful touch that is not commonly practised by other hotels. This reflects the hotel’s genuine effort to delight and please its guests.

Cons: 1. The bf seating arrangement in the main area, especially near the buffet spread and the main walkway, was not very convenient for guests seated there due to frequent movement of people in and out.

Excellent overall experience, but breakfast service quality needs improvement.

Pros: Overall service was excellent and among the best I have experienced in Malaysia. The hotel maintains a high standard of comfort, professionalism, and hospitality throughout most of the stay.

Cons: Breakfast service was below expectations. Due to the large number of guests, we were seated near the function room area, where the staff appeared inexperienced. On 24 December, at the bread counter, the serving tongs were dropped on the floor and not replaced until I pointed it out. This reflects inadequate training and does not meet luxury hotel standards.

Nice and comfortable for short family trip

Pros: The room are big and comfortable, location of hotel is easy to find. Toilet are nice. Breakfast buffet provided a lot of nice and child friendly foods.

Cons: The price is slightly in the high side. We though the drinks or snack in the room are free but they're not as well as the kids club. Is good if all these can include in the price that we pay for the rooms. No lock in toilet.

Pleasant stay but if only the play area is complimentary for hotel guests

Pros: The staff prepared a simple decoration in the room for my mom and son's birthday, along with 2 mini cakes which I am very grateful for. Stephanie, our butler was very attentive and friendly and she made us feel welcomed.

Cons: I requested for some additional amenities which did not arrive. I would also recommend that hotel guests are not charged any fees to the play area in kids club since we are already staying in the hotel.

Luxurious indulgence hotel in KL

Pros: We choose this over two other 5 stars in KLCC and was not disappointed. The check in was smooth at 3 am and good room service menu at this time of the night. The staff was unobtrusive during breakfast, room service and dinner but attentive. The children were offered hot chocolate on arrival and the setup was amazing from sending the large screen tv to us in swimming pool to prompt cleaning of our room. This will be our hotel to stay in KL from now on.

Cons: The location is in a busy road with less than ideal signpost for non Malaysian to find.

very fancy stay with great services. Strongly recommended.

Pros: The property is super price worthy and highly recommended. Stayed for three days and it was extremely excellent. Went for my honeymoon and they provided cakes and balloons for free. The pool and screen on it is another story at another level. Free coffee, Tea, Ironing, and milk from the hotel served over 24H. The only one point I’d mention is the deposit, as the hotel asked for 1000 RM for the 3 days I’m staying. They said it’ll be on my account within one or two weeks anyway. Overall, very fancy stay with great services. Strongly recommended.
