Pros: Location is vrey convenient. Cleanliness is okay and there is room to improve especially in the corridors. Room facilities are quite good. It will be best if breakfast is included in the package as standard.

Pros: The room was clean and well equipped. Good for 3 pax as there were sofa bed. The area was near to many eateries and malls.

Cons: There's no convenient store at the premises. Had to walk to the nearby shop lots. It was ok if there's no rain.

Pros: I love the location! it's very accessible to Hartamas and Mont Kiara. The hotel is very generous with necessity items and water bottles.

Cons: The room facing the other building is quiet, but the one facing the highway or petrol station is noisy due to the motorcycle sounds.

Best place I ever stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Pros: Everything! Spacious room if you come alone or at least 2 people. However, if you are a family of four, the room still have space to sleep. Nice view. Lots of shops and convenience store around the area. The most important part is car park lot. Hassle free to park your car. Although you need to verify the car park card each time you would like to go out, that's not an issue to me as long as the car park is free! I will definitely stay here again next time.

Cons: The housekeeping staff shall give complimentary coffee, toilteries etc on daily basis for guests who stay more than a day.

Pros: Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with plenty of facilities. The parking space was easy to find, safe, and conveniently located near the lift. The room just newly renovated. The hotel is also near to shops and restaurants.

Cons: I had to verify the parking card at the lobby every time I went out, which was quite annoying.

Great apartments, top value for money.

Pros: The location is probably one of the best I've been to, restaurants and shops all around. The room was great, fantastic value for money, had all the amenities u would need as a serviced apartment. Reasonably clean, slight marks on the towel but apart from that clean room. Nice smelling room and everything worked as it should. The room I got had a great view of the main street which was great too. Very happy with the room, price and service, will definitely return on the next trip. 5 stars from me.

Cons: Towels had marks on them. The tap was too far from the basin which made washing hands a liitle weird. Nothing else negative to say, it was a pretty good room, good size etc...
