Great hotel, great staff, great location - couldn't ask for anymore

Pros: The location was tremendous, with local shopping heaps of restaurants and an easy Grab ride to various locations within KL. There was also Qra, both mini mart and cafe/restaurant on the ground floor for an easy coffee, lunch or dinner and groceries for an easy breakfast on the terrace. Staff were tremendous, very helpful and able to answer all my questions. Check in and out was simple. Would recommend Arcoris and this location at Mont Kiara

Cons: Furniture was simple but comfortable and did what was necessary of it

An outstanding experience from start to finish – perfect in every way!

Pros: I had an amazing stay at ARCORIS. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring Mout Kiara. I felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—I'll definitely be back!

Was a very comfortable stay, at the center of Mont Kiara for a very reasonable price. House was very clean and spacious.

Pros: Confortable spot for 4pax to hangout. Very clean and spacious toilet and beds. Have a lot of useful utilities such as dryer washer. Instructions given very clearly and staffs were very transparent and easy to work with. They even responded to my requests/message late night. Highly appreciate the team. Keep up the good work.

Cons: Room Walls had some paint that was peeled off.

Comfy, homey and satisfied!

Pros: Good location and view. Smoke-free zone. Convenient location and great facilities; shower gel and shampoo and even toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. Extra mattress and comforters too. Overall, excellent service.

Cons: Wish the towels were sliiiightly bigger. Some were too small for adults.

Pros: The location was convenient and just a stone's away from malls. Below the stay is convenience stores, eateries.

Cons: There were a few hairs on the sheet. However, we prompted the property owner and they changed the sheets within the few hours after notice.

Pros: Clean & tidy. Kitchen well equiped except for no teaspoons. Well furnished. Linen and blanket were crispy clean and no sour smell as most apartment have. Location is wonderful.

Cons: No teaspoons and although towels are well used, it could be more crispy clean like the linen & blankets.

Great family holiday stay!

Pros: The host is really responsive, caring & friendly. The instruction & guide is clear & detailed. Easy check in/out procedure. Property is clean & fully equipped. Location is really good & convenient, walking distance to shopping centres & grocery shops. The 2in1 washer is a plus. Love the swimming pool & gym centre.
