Nice apartment, good location

Pros: Nice big apartment. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and hot shower. Good location for walking into and around city. We were met at check in and shown up to apartment which was nice. 24/7 security. Washing machine and drying area was a bonus

Cons: Limited cooking facilities for an apartment. Very uncomfortable sofa. Felt on the pricey side

Well located and comfy

Pros: Clean and well located apartment complex in Butik Bintang. Easily accessible by KL Metro lines (800m). The Jalan Alor street food is walking distance too as well as major malls like Berjaya. We had twin beds in a studio apartment which are enough for a family with two children. The building is old but well maintained. We got a fridge, washing machine and a small balcony to dry clothes.

Cons: The metro line is quite close and the noise of the frequent trains every 2 minutes takes some time getting used to. Not a major issue but something you should be aware of in case one is a light sleeper.

Pros: The behaviour of the staff and safety of the apartment.

Cons: Nothing. The experience was very good.

Nice place cool

Pros: Very close to night market. Near transportation, Easy to get Grap within 6 minutes.

Cons: No sound proof

Pros: Spacious room with comfy bed and ample facilities for basic cooking, tea/coffee, fridge/microwave. Smart TV and living area, sizeable bathroom and area to dry wet clothes. The bed was comfy and the pool was relaxing and had a really good view of the city skyline.

Cons: The check in could have been more straightforward.

Pros: The apartment is conveniently located. Berjaya Times Square Mall is just 6-7 minutes walk from here. 100 years Nasi Lemak, where I had the besh nasi lemak and teh tarik is just 2 minutes walk! Though there is very little traffic on the street where the property stands, you can easily get a grab or walk to the nearest LRT station. The studio apartment we stayed in had all the amenities, and gives you a wonderful view of both Merdeka and KL Tower. The 20th floor rooftop garden with a lovely, clean swimming pool is too good! Above everything, a special mention must be made of Imran, a wonderful Bengali-speaking young man who not only made arrangements for our early check-in, but took us to our room and explained to us everything that we wanted to know regarding our amenities. He was very friendly and always accessible. All the staff we met were wonderful. Loved our stay!!!

Cons: Nothing as such

Pros: The apartment was well equipped and clean. It was rough around the edges, but it was still comfortable. The bed was amazing. The view from the pool was cool, too. The apartment was in a great location close to lots if bars and street food. We would definitely stay again

Cons: Just needed to be painted, and freshened up.

Good location and ideal amenities for a few days.

Pros: It felt very safe, security guards were always present at the entrance to the property. Make sure you download Grab for all taxi rides and food deliveries.

Cons: We had a slight issue with the lights crackling. The room didn’t have a smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector. The window latch was also broken but could still be closed.

Pros: I think i like everything because i just want to relaxe my self since my leg cannot move a lot got simen, the two staf i forgot to ask name, really helping alot and caring ...thankz you ... the price the location really worth it ....

Cons: Nothing to complain all good fast respon....thank you guys

Pros: The apartment was too good and it was very easy to travel from the apartment to other tourist destinations.

Cons: AC was bit old and it was little bit loud.
