Couple Suite at Casa Mutiara 5 mins walk to LRT

Nice pool. Need a car or a cell phone of you stay here.

Pros: There was no breakfast at this location. Hotel is not centrally located and is far away from the LRT.

Cons: Location not central. Hard to get a taxi. No front desk services at this hotel. More like a residence.

Pros: very near to Lalaport, Berjaya times square and can walk to the LRT. nearby food stall as well. very spacious rooms and good facitilies and view.

Cons: was abit complicated with the check in as need a complicated registration to the apartment. need all identitiy card as ell. the property need to pay parking Rm10, not free parking despite rent a unit. very narrow parking base

A good location in KL which is close to almost all attractions

Pros: The staff was very helpful to accommodate us since there was an issue with our actual accommodation. The location is the best because it’s close to all our required needs. We recommend it to anyone who is going for a vacation

Cons: More communication before our arrival would have been better . The security was not rude though he was not helpful so its was not the best welcome. Due to maintenance we couldn’t use the pool so it was disappointing

Pros: It was close to everything Public transport and shopping and good street eats and close also . Convenient shores are also not to far. would recommend to people

Value for Money

Pros: the accommodation is big and very nice. It is near the metro station ie Hang Tuan station and very near Bukit Bintang shopping centre. There is an excellent hotel next the facility which runs 24hours, the food served is good and of high standard. there are also some two mini markets nexts to it. In terms of feeding you are covered when you book these apartments. The swimming pool was clean and under full sunshine. This facility is simply the best.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: The service was top notch. The guy carried my bag and took my WhatsApp for communication. There was Netflix and YouTube on the TV, the fan was great, there were ample things for cooking, a washing machine and WiFi. I asked to extend two days and the guy let me pay cash to him which was convenient as a traveller. The location was pretty good. Walking distance to everything in the area.

Cons: The Air Con would periodically turn off and lights would start flashing, but would work again if you turn it off and on again at the wall. Not so good in the middle of the night when you wake up sweaty. There was no washing machine powder and I had to buy my own. Would have been nice to have some tea and coffee in there for when I arrived. The location was just far enough away from things where I built up a sweat before I arrived, then again I am Scottish. I had to go 10-15 minutes for a coffee each morning.

Despite a few hiccups I would return to the same property

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. He got really out of his way to help. Thank you.

Cons: Nice little kitchen but there was barely any cutlery or crockery. A hot water jug was provided but not even one satchel of coffee, sugar or milk powder was provided. Not even a bottle of water to greet us. Arriving at an odd time it would have been nice to get the kettle going...

Pros: The location near to city centre. The care taker very helpful

Cons: The aircond in one of the room was not function... But everything was ok
