Pros: Excellent property, everything was neat and clean, 51 floor swimming pool has great view of KL tower and Merdeka tower, everything was top notch, apartment rent was reasonable with fridge,microwave,washing machine,water heater. Will love to travel again !!!

Whilst I enjoyed my stay with the beautiful city views I feel the place needs a bit of a refurb.

Pros: Infinity pool has fantastic views of the city. More sunbeds needed though as the ones they have are tired and need replacing.

Cons: I stayed here two years ago and it was perfect. But unfortunately two years later the room I stayed in needed smartening up and the sun loungers were broken with no cushions, the decking on the pool surround also needed replacing in areas which were loose or damaged

Great place to stay for longer periods

Pros: Very good location, spacious apartments. Comfortable to stay for longer periods. Small gym at the roof which was ok. Nice infinity pool. Every time i visit KL I stay at this place.

Cons: Apartments are not very clean, in my stay I changed 3 places and all had the same cleaning “standard” :) Unfortunately in one of the rooms had bed bugs..

Pros: We truly appreciate the hotel staff and the owner. They are extremely quick to respond and very helpful. The service is top-notch—whenever we needed anything, they replied promptly and assisted us right away. Overall, a great experience.

Pros: The entire apartment and rooms were clean with modern decor. I found out every apartment has its own decor and mine was furnished in a contemporary style which is a bonus. My room has the view of the city. Loved the rooftop pool, the restaurant and even the reception on the lobby, meets world class 5 stars standard. Would go back again!

Cons: Unlike a hotel, we weren't supplied with coffee and teas in the kitchen which is the basic needs; despite having a kitchen. There were a lack of cutleries too. We had to share our spoons one night when we bought take-aways. In the bathroom, the toiletries were limited too and only one roll of toilet paper! On the other hand, the check-in was a little scary. Had to communicate with someone unknown via Whatsapp and they asked to provide personal details eg: passport/payment; which I initially thought was a scam! When I refused and informed them I would rather do in person when I arrived, the initial set up was also scary. I went to the reception to check-in and the receptionist informed us my name is not listed and that it was a private booking. The person I communicated via Whatsapp chat said, someone will come and meet us. There were so many people in the lobby, how would this person know who we are and how can I tell if this person is legit? By the time, this person arrived, no ID or anything was shown to us. At this point, I thought I was a taking a risk. He also collected payment straight away. It was only after we were taken to our apartment that I could breath with a sight of relief. I believe, this process can be done in a more professional way to give assurances to guests living here.

I arrived well before the standard check-in time, 12:30 p.m., but the staff went above and beyond to assist me with a smooth check-in process. Their efficiency and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the breathtaking location,it was simply amazing! Overall, my experience at Skyward Suites was exceptional, thanks to their dedication to cleanliness, top-notch service, and unbeatable location.

Pros: Mazing location, you can see all the skyscraper in kl. The pool was in the level 51, it was a very stunning view.
