Oneiro Apartment

Pros: The apartment has a good layout and the room itself was generally clean. It had great views of the city and is in a good central location. Customer service was good and easy to communicate with. Smooth check in and check out.

Cons: A few minor issues with the toilet and slight uncleanliness of the shower.

Very nice place in the city centre

Pros: The communication was very good with the team. The room was exactly how showed in the pictures. Everything was clean, the check in and check out very easily managed. Super close to one of the night life spots in the city and with a great view.

Pros: Excellent location for sightseeing, shopping and eating. staff was very helpful and always quick to respond to any question or request, like storing our bags after checkout. To get in contact, just be sure to call using the number listed on the booking. The room was very comfortable, big and comfy bed and the building pool area is great! Would recommend.

Pros: The position is perfect, everything at walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, the pool is beautiful and the view from the room is amazing. It's an apartment managed by a private, so there is no reception where you can leave your luggages and stuff like that, but the manager was available for my exicencies (like early check in, paying a fee).

Cons: You have to pay for the hotel in cash. You have to leave 200 MYR as a deposit, but you can pay by cash (also in other currencies) if you do the check in/out in working hours and they give it back to you in your currency. The shower was cold sometimes. They are doing some renovation so it may be noisy at times and in the night you can hear the music from the street and it may be hard to get a good sleep.

Lovely stay, gorgeous views

Pros: The room is on the 27th floor, so the views of Kuala Lumpur are incredible. The facilities are really nice, with Netflix on the tv. Didn’t use the pool on the 9th floor but we saw it and looked really nice

Cons: Check in process is a little different to normal. You don’t use the reception at the hotel, instead the owner of the room meets you in the lobby as he owns the room privately to the hotel

Pros: Perfect location and very comfortable - the host is very nice and helpful and answers always right away

Cons: The maintenance could be better. There are a few broken things in the bathroom and the washing machine was not usable

Pros: The location is perfect for tourist like us. Everything you needed to experienced in KL is just a walk away. I'd loved to bring my family and stay in Bukit Bintang, KualaLumpur again.
