Comfortable and worthwhile accomodation

Pros: Good stay and worth for money. The swimming pool was really big and clean. My kids really enjoy staying here.

Cons: The room a bit smelly and the toilet bidet water flow is very low pressure.

Pros: The check in process was smooth, and easy. It was easy and we were always well connected with the host to get us whatever we required. I required the steam iron during my stay and it was duly arranged.

Pros: Location. Pool. Easy to check in n out. Not enough kitchen utensil... Need to provide more.

Cons: The furniture quite old. Some of them were broken. The room like store. Not value for money because the price quite high. The tub bidet ain't working properly. Need to pay rm100 deposit

Good short vacation experience

Pros: easy check-in process, there is a representative waiting to hand over the keys upon arrival. the unit we stayed in is located in the hotel tower. however this unit is maintained by the management not the hotel. The unit attached to Berjaya Times Square, everything is here!

Cons: no internet/wifi facilities. cleanliness is a priority for this unit in terms of linen, carpet and bedsheets, maybe can be improved

Pros: فندق ممتاز طبعا يوجد به شقيين شق الفندقي عبارة عن غرف فندقيه رائعه ويحتوي ع مول وجميل وسط المدينه اما جانب الاخر فتوجود شقق ولكن يجب الاختيار بنفسك لان بعض الشقق فيها رائحة. واثاث قديم وبعضها جيد نوعا ما مقابل السعر

Pros: Bilik Besar Dan selesa, toilet bersih, layanan staff yang deal ok puas hati terbaik, view parkroyal tapi still nampak cantik sebab tinggi tingkat 39 so puas hati cawan pinggan microwave semua ok puas hati sangat..apepun pun boleh repeat lagi..

Cons: Overall ok staff yg deal pun ok tapi ada sorg staff datang bilik masa cheack out je yang buat saya tak happy..itu je..harap pasti dia ok..
