Great location and new apartment
Pros: The apartment is in a new condo with great location in Bangsar. The rooms are spacious and we had a great view from the 31st floor where our apartment was located. We enjoyed the breakfast at Holiday Inn (at a separate fee).
Cons: A few things could be improved, such as providing more cutlery/utensils and better pots and pans for cooking in the kitchen, and small towels for the bathrooms. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable for the 4-day stay.

Pros: Everything from the very spacious living cum kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Hosts were prompt with communication, and obliging with requests. Bathrooms had adequate storage for toiletries. Everything was clean. Free parking was very welcomed. Check out at 12noon was fantastic!

Nice area and nice new building in Bangsar. Can do with some improvements.
Pros: The apt was new and everything was nice although the apt has a few things missing...There are cutlery and cups and plates enough for us 3 pax. There is a stove which we did not need. Should have a microwave instead for us to heat up food and pastries bought from outside. The bed in the master bedroom is big and comfortable
Cons: We booked for 3 adults but were given 2 towels for bath only. There is supposed to be a sofa bed for the 3rd pax sleeping in the living room but only could see a normal 3 seater sofa which was too small and short for the adult to sleep comfortably. No pillows for him too...No responses from host whom we texted about this and the lack of towels... The toilets are nice and water pressure good but serious lack of hangers and towel bars or hooks for clothing and towels. Completely no shelf for the toiletries in toilets too so the bottles are left on the floor and one has to bend down a few times to get the soap and shampoo.pls add some shelves and bathroom hooks in future...

Clean, spacious and great value for money.
Pros: Spacious clean and great value for money. I am a returning customer and I’d definitely stay here again when visiting KL.
Cons: The staff were helpful but rarely greeted you with a smile.

Pros: Loved the ambience. Felt very comfortable in the apartment. Also, conveniently located. Shops were just a 15-minute walk, which was great. Security was good too.
Cons: Drinking water - there was only one bottled water for 3 pax, for 2 nights!!! Would have been great if there had been a water filter. Alternatively, pls provide more bottled water. Reception said they can't provide more. Secondly, there's a transparent panel in bathroom for master bedroom. As we were friends staying together, we didn't appreciate it.

Pros: I was in unit 31-09. The property and building appear to be new. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It's also in a good location close to shops/restaurants (10 min walk)
Cons: Property management did not inform guests that there was going to be a fire drill. We walked down 31 flights of stairs only to be told that it was not an emergency. The announcement over the PA system clearly said that an emergency had been confirmed by the fire department.
