Pros: The unit was clean and well equiped. Location was fantastic and easily accesible by car & nearby to KL Sentral. Check in and out was smooth with clear instructions given beforehand.

Cons: Just need to be careful while driving up and down the parking area due to its narrow driveway and sharp turns.

Pros: convenient location , property facilities, gym etc was good

Cons: Maybe provide basic materials for cleaning in the apartment brooms, dustpan, especially required for long term stay . Preferred a electric kettle rather than the hot water dispenser.
