Nice staycation

Pros: easy check in check out,free parking, nice location,friendly host

Pros: The room + facilities are as advertised. So worth the money though for a short weekend stay ☺️

Pros: 1. Easy check in and check out 2. Good apartment.. clean and comfortable for family stay 3. Near to university of Malaya

Cons: 1. Staff a bit inconsiderate

Pros: The position of the building complex is good. The room was clean and well-ordered and the staff were helpfull

Cons: In general thing could be good as it can.

There's Room for Improvement

Pros: • Relatively clean room and toilet • Strategic location with lots of shops, marts and eateries nearby and within walking distance • Close proximity to University of Malaya where we had our workshop • Had basic amenities e.g. iron and ironing.board, electric kettle, kitchenware, microwave, minibar, shower gel and shampoo

Cons: • Difficulty locating the meeting point for checking in and finding the designated parking spot • Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak and intermittent so we resorted to using our own mobile data

Penalty when changing date

Pros: The location is very good.The room is clean. There are lots of shops and convenience stores around. Parking at basement. Overall, it is good if just need a place to sleep or rest because it is quiet and peaceful here.

Cons: Penalty RM80 when I requested to change date even though I requested a week before. This makes it becomes expensive. So the price from RM167 become RM259. The room is not big.

Nice and pleasant stay, we truly enjoyed it.

Pros: The accommodation is in a very strategic location, as it is close to a variety of eateries and convenience stores. There are many restaurants offering both local and international dishes, catering to different tastes. In addition, convenience stores are also available, making it easy for guests to get their daily necessities quickly and effortlessly.

Cons: The air conditioning was not very strong, so the room took a while to cool down. It was still manageable, but for guests who prefer a colder temperature, it might feel a little warm, especially during the day.

Pros: I liked the location which was so good and WiFi was also great.

Cons: The room is viewing directly to the pool, so you can't open the windows without people seeing you so clearly.

Moderate place

Pros: The parking lot is provided and near to Universiti Malaya

Cons: The shower gel is not refill, The cooking pan has rusted, No garbage broom and shovel provided

Best homestay in town

Pros: The location is the excellent. Everything is there, convenience store, restaurant, mall,grab car..etc

Cons: No comment at all
