Spacious Room. Next to Malls & Train Station

Pros: Room #1413 is spacious. Bed and Pillows are soft and comfortable. Next to LRT and walking distance to Malls for Shopping and Dining.

Cons: Don't like the smell of the Conditioner. No mineral water and rubbish bag provided. Filter water is not our liking.

Pros: Location is great. Room was already ready when we got there (12 pm) so check in process was seamless. Service is always great!

I would recommend it

Pros: Location great. Room super comfortable. We were even offered an upgrade. Appreciated the drinking water in the bathroom, very convenient. Great breakfast and staff very attentive and helpful

Cons: Is only a suggestion: applying an anti-slippery band on the outer border of the swimming pool would help against possible falls when entering the pool.

Pros: Walking distance to Mid Valley Mega Mall and easy to travel to and from hotel without caught in traffic especially roads around mid valley mega mall which are usually heavy traffic at all hours

Pros: An absolutely wonderful stay,highly recommend! The room so comfortable and clean. Prime location, the hotel's exit leads directly to the The gardens and mid valley shopping mall by walking around 3min.

Cons: Children's play facilities can be considered.

Cons: The light in the room seems to be not working, I need to switch on the room light in order for bathroom. This is inconvenient especially during midnight.

Cons: The sign board was misled me to go to Eko Mall parking instead of hotel. Spin multiple times at the same driving lane and had to walk into the hotel seek for security guard for direction in order to enter to the right parking place
