Great stay with value for money!

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Location though not central but easily accessible by taxis. There’s a mall opposite which has F&B outlets, pharmacy and convenience store. No lack of food options.

Cons: There are 6 lifts but the lift system is not user friendly which causes delays in getting up and down the 29 floors building.

Pros: Service was friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Amazing facilities. Incredible breakfast buffet! Great restaurants across the road.

Cons: Bathroom was small. Room smelled of smoke when we arrived however improved once aircon was turned on.

More than just enough for a short stay when you are a lot outside.

Pros: I like the location near to the train station and the complementary bus to the malls ( one way) and that the Grab could find the location very well. And that there was a mini market and several dining options nearby.

Cons: It was just about right for me.

Decent stay at great location, strictly for business trip's rest only..

Pros: It's a many times return for me - mainly because of the overall value-for-money stay at an unbeatable location, near enough to my event destination inside UM, while convenient enough with literally a food street just in front of hotel lobby, with comfy beds in reasonable rooms. Rooftop pool is a bonus. Within walking distance to LRT and Bangsar South's various food hub, if you care to really walk. Unlimited filtered cold water available for refill at each floor of the rooms!

Cons: Now the ugly part - the premise is visibly deteriorating slowly but surely - easily-clogged bathroom drains rendering the bath floor becoming little pond within minutes of shower, and that's even if the shower pressure is mediocre and alternating between too hot and cold. NOT EVEN ONE waste bin inside the room or at the room floor corridor. Very basic room, basic TV channels, basic beddings and amenities. Good enough for night's sleep whilst in business trip, nothing more, well, for the price paid.

Pros: Location was good. Just opposite the hotel got a nice air-conditioning food court.

Cons: The room I stayed was facing the main road, can hear vehicles sound passby the main road , a bit noisy, I have to put earbuds to sleep. If improve the sound proof then will be perfect

Pros: Worth the value I pay, very accommodating desk officers, the swimming pool are superb. Wifi is good , accessible for grab. Clean and comfy. Definitely want to come back.

Cons: Wish to have guest slippers and English channel on television.
