Will stay again, we love the interior and room layout plus the great view from the room. and will definitely utilize the

Pros: Great spacious rooms with good interior good for families of 5-6pax. Good facilities in the building big lap pool, great gym, neat lobby and reception area.

Cons: Upon check-in receptionist did not inform about shuttle to the KLCC and pavilion. We only found out upon checking out when we asked about airport transfer and thought the van with the hotels name on was for airport transfer but instead it’s a free shuttle for hotel guest to the malls nearby. So unfortunately we missed out utilizing that free shuttle service for our whole stay.

Pros: Centrally located (but not at the most busy area), the unit is spacious and offers a good view of the Merdeka 118.

Cons: No major supermarket nearby , roads leading to the hotel can be congested at times. Location is a bit hilly and walking can be difficult for the elderly

Pros: The location was great, the rooms and apartment in general was perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly.

Cons: We had some technical issues in the room, like the hot water unit had to be fixed and the aircon as well. Also the tv was very basic, not a smart tv so you could not connect to internet sources or have access to Netflix/youtube, which I would have expected in a place of this calibre. The breakfast also could have some more options.

Pros: Overall the property itself was nice, spacious and clean. No interaction with staff other than checking in and out.

Cons: The area outwith is a party street with lots of clubs, bars and sleezy men. Nothing the property can help but just know that it’s near that area.
