Great location, fruendly staff, comfortable bed

Pros: Staff was very friendly,location amazing- everything nearby. Beds very comfortable.

Cons: Rooms needs to be refreshed as looked slightly run down.

Clean, Beautiful and Safe

Pros: The place was exceptional. Our rooms were huge and the view is giving. Our breakfast buffet is very satisfying with all different types of Asian food even western too. The location is very safe too it’s few meters from the Chinatown or where the food trips can happen. Very very very accessible and easy to locate.

Cons: The toilet doesn’t flush so well from our room. We stayed at the 17th floor.

Pros: Central location, good buffet breakfast which was varied

Cons: Superior Rooms are divided in a way that is not space efficient; felt cramped despite the size of the room. The fact that the sink tap had to be on to make hot water come to the shower isn’t obvious until you call the handyman to clarify why you don’t have hot water and show you ….

Fantastic breakfast, excellent air conditioning, friendly staff

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent. I particularly liked the breakfast, which also included local dishes. That way, we already got our first food experiences right at the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Sasol, who was extremely helpful. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Fantastic Hotel

Pros: The hotel was perfect for us. The room and bed were both large and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice for all. The pool area and bar were great for relaxation at the end of each afternoon when we had been out. The staff were all really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It's location is perfect for loads of bars and restaurants and it's just over 10 minute downhill walk to Bukit Bintang MRT Station. It really. We can't wait to avaisita again

Great stay and really good value

Pros: The location is very good, walking distance to most of the sights. The hotel is big but personal. We had a great room on the 19th floor with nice view of the skyline . Comfortable big double bed and a large and well equipped bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good and had a large variety. The pool area was great with sunbeds and free towels. Good value for money.
