Pros: We stayed for new year celebration. The view of the fireworks from our room was excellent. Two thumbs up. Not to mention the staff are all nice and very helpful

Cons: The parking is quite limited

Still loved the stay and will definitely come back if I want to stay near KL city 😊

Pros: The location is excellent. It is directly connected to TRX and less traffic compared to staying in Bukit Bintang. The bathroom facilities are top-tier, with both a shower and a bathtub. Water pressure is strong, and the temperature control is precise and consistent.

Cons: 1) It would be good to upgrade the towel quality, as the current towels shed lint and may leave residue on the skin. 2)housekeeping standards could also be improved. While certain areas are cleaned very neatly, some details are often missed, such as placing the ironing board back properly and reorganising items near the bathtub

Pros: Staffs were excellent. I think Adil who checked us in, was very accommodative as we had to wait for the room to be ready.

Nice quick staycation.

Pros: We chose the hotel for its location within the TRX vicinity. Nice, comfortable rooms.

Cons: Some staff in their effort to be helpful, came off as off-putting. Kept asking when we are going to check out despite already informing them several times before. It didn't made for a welcoming experience. But may stay at the hotel again in the future to check out its other facilities.

Pros: Сервис на высшем уровне. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, и нам предложили хранение багажа. Затем нас заселили раньше, так что нам не пришлось ждать. Персонал очень приветливый, все были очень предупредительны и помогали во всём. Всё очень чисто, комнаты организованы лучшим образом, так что всё есть и очень удобно. На отельном лифте можно спуститься прямо в торговый центр, а буквально в минуте ходьбы от отеля есть станция метро, так что это очень удобное расположение. Мы очень довольны. И в следующий раз будем планировать останавливаться только здесь!!!

Cons: Нам не понравилось, что время в этом отеле пролетает очень быстро. Не успеешь оглянуться, пора ехать и лететь домой. Этому отелю определенно надо научиться останавливать время или хотя бы замедлять его в 5 раз. )))
