Pros: Big and comfortable room, very convenient location for walking around KLCC 👍👍

Cons: The mattress is not soft.

overall ok. Just need to improve floor cleaning and change new pillow , really too old.

Pros: furniture looks nice like photo shown; toilet very clean; someone met us to collect key and return key, no need to wait for long time. Free parking is good.

Cons: Floor very sticky; pillow cover too old and a bit dirty; pillow is too flat and old; suspect someone go into our room without do any cleaning service while staying period.

Pros: Easily just Walk to the Quill Mall both link togather. Love it

Not to worries about cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ahmed also good 👍🏻 helps us with a smooth check in . The views was on top 🫶🏻

Pros: The house was worth the price paid for. House was spacious and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. Basic amenities for light cookings and toiletries are provided. Netflix and YouTube available too. Love the stay and will repeat again🙏😊

Nice apartment with balcony in a good location

Pros: The apartment was spacious and had a balcony with a really nice view. It includes a parking spot and the location is good to reach the sights by foot or monorail. Communication was very friendly and there is a grocery store in the mall downstairs that offers everything you need.

Cons: At check in you have to pay the full amount + deposit in cash. Nobody carried that mich cash so you will be shown to an ATM inside the Mall which charges 15RM per foreign withdrawal. Unfortunately you can only get 1500RM at a time so you will likely have to pay the ATM fee multiple times. The kitchen is very modern but there is no equipment inside (pots, pans etc.) but they were very quick to bring a pot which allowed us to cook during our stay. I agreed on a check out time because we needed to get out in time to reach our next destination. Unfortunately the manager overslept and we ran late. That was a bit of a downside.
